Artist's Comments

For a certain David Tennant-Fangirl-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named, who has been telling me that my gallery needs more traditional drawings, and subtly hinting several times that I need to draw the 10th Doctor. You know who you are. And don't think you've gotten me hooked onto the series either, however many converts you've made. (Kind of hard to get me started when it's not even available here, isn't it? ;)).

Done on (a side of) brown cardboard box (yes, the sort you pack stuff in) with colour pencils. The box gave the picture very interesting textures; unfortunately, it was also horrible trying to do details on it. Mysteriously misplaced two erasers along the way, and completely exhausted my Vandyke Brown pencil.

The artist did this on the side of a cardboard box. Respect, yo! The medium and the colour scheme work beautifully together here and the Tardis gets a cameo in the background. (Suggested by ~WraithTen and Featured by `animator)

A cardboard box. Brilliant! Those textures are just wonderful. (I'm taking notes, although I'm pretty sure if I were to try drawing on the side of a cardboard box, it would end up looking like my four-year-old did it.) I bow down to your creative genius. :worship:
