Description
Gizkas for *WraithTen.
So uh, Tory said she was having difficulty drawing gizkas from 'weird angles', and I said, 'Let's see if I can make you a gizka'. This from someone who's never sculpted anything before. So like a n00b, I went and committed the cardinal sin of forgetting to do a framework for the little critter, with the result that I wound up having to impale it on my nail clipper just to get it to stand. (I was NOT buggering the gizka with the file, okay? ). And even then, it was starting to come apart towards the end.
I hope these angles are weird enough. And sorry, I only have the one colour plasticine, so you'll just have to imagine the spots.
Sculpture created with: generic plasticine (orange), latex gloves, toothpicks.
I give permission to all Star Wars artists and gizka enthusiasts to freely use the above photos as reference (they're probably too small for stock) for their artwork. I'm a sucker for gizkas (dead or alive), so tell me when you're done - I'd really like to see your finished art.
Gizkas (from Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic) are the property of Lucas Arts and Bioware.
